By visiting our website, placing an order, booking a survey or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.

1About These Terms
These Terms apply to your use of our website (www.thenaxsun.com), our chat assistant, our forms and to every order, quotation, survey, installation and service you take from us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
If you buy for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business. If we have signed a separate written agreement with you, for example a dealer or distributor agreement, that agreement also applies and, if it says something different, it comes first.
2About NaXsun
NaXsun Green Energy LLP supplies solar and power-backup solutions for homes, shops and businesses across India, including hybrid solar inverters, lithium and tubular batteries, complete solar systems and accessories. Our office is at B-85, B Block Rd, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309. You can reach us at support@thenaxsun.com.
3Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to make a contract in India, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.
Some parts of our website, such as the customer, dealer and technician areas, need an account. If you have one:
- Give correct and complete details, and keep them up to date
- Keep your password and OTPs private; you are responsible for what is done with your account
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account
- Do not share your account with others or create accounts with false details
We may refuse, suspend or close an account that is used wrongly, or that has false information.
4Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our products, ask for advice and buy from us. You must not:
- Break any law or help anyone else to do so
- Try to get into our systems, accounts or data without permission, or test their security
- Send viruses, spam or anything harmful
- Copy or collect our content, prices or data by automatic tools without our written permission
- Make false enquiries, orders, reviews or complaints, or pretend to be someone else
- Interfere with the way the website or the chat works
We try to keep the website available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always work without a break or without mistakes. We may change, pause or stop any part of it.
5Product Information, Prices and Availability
We take care to show correct product information, but please note:
- Prices are in Indian rupees. GST and any other charges are added and shown before you pay
- Offers, prices, stock and specifications can change without notice
- Product photographs are for representation; the actual product may look slightly different
- Specifications, ratings and backup times are for guidance and depend on how the product is used
- If a price or detail is shown wrongly by mistake, we may correct it. If this happens after you order, we will tell you and you may choose to cancel and get a refund
6Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is made only when we confirm your order (for example, by a confirmation message, an invoice or dispatch), not when you press the button or pay.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or wrongly priced, when we cannot deliver to your area, when the details given are wrong or when we think the order may be fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount you paid.
A quotation is valid for the period written on it, or, if none is written, for a reasonable time. Prices in a quotation can change if the site, the requirement or the product changes.
7Payments
You can pay online or in any other way we offer for your order. Please note:
Online Payments
- Online payments are processed by our payment partner (for example, Razorpay). The ways to pay shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, EMI and Pay Later, depend on what is available for your order and your bank
- UPI works for a payment of at most ₹1,00,000 (a rule of the banks). For a bigger order, please pay with netbanking or a card
- Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment partner’s secure page. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information
- If money is taken but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment reference; we will check and either confirm the order or refund you
Invoices and GST
We give a tax invoice for every sale. If you need the invoice in the name of a business with a GST number, give us the details when you order. After the tax return for that period has been filed, an invoice can be corrected only in the ways the law allows.
8Shipping and Delivery
With our delivery service, we deliver anywhere in India within 2 to 7 days.
Delivery times are estimates. They start after your order is confirmed and paid, and they can be longer for remote places, in bad weather, during strikes or festivals, or for reasons outside our control. We will keep you informed if there is a delay.
- Please give a complete address and a phone number that works, and be present to receive the delivery
- Please check the box when it is delivered. If it is damaged or open, or something is missing, tell the delivery person and tell us at once, with photos
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you, and ownership passes to you when we have received the full payment
9Installation, Site Survey and Your Responsibilities
Installation and site surveys are done by NaXsun or by an authorised installer, as set out in your quotation. To help us do the work safely and on time, you agree to:
- Give our team safe access to the site at the agreed time
- Make sure the place is ready: a suitable and strong roof or wall, working electrical supply and earthing, and a free working area
- Get permissions that are your responsibility, for example from your housing society, landlord or the electricity company
- Tell us about anything unsafe or unusual on the site
- Pay the installation charges written in your quotation
A survey gives an estimate of what is needed. If the site turns out to be different, the system, the price or the schedule may change, and we will explain why before we go ahead. Electrical work should be done only by qualified people; please do not open, repair or change our products yourself.
10Warranty
Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for each product is given on its product page, in our catalogue and on your invoice. For example, it is 2 years on the 3.6, 5 and 12 kW hybrid inverters, and 5 years on the 1.28 kW lithium battery and the NX200S48 tubular battery. Other products have the warranty stated for them. The warranty starts from the date of your invoice and is linked to the serial number of the product.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear in normal use during the warranty period. If we find a covered defect, we will repair the product or replace it, or a faulty part of it, at our choice, without charge for the product.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage from misuse, accidents, dropping, water, fire, lightning, power surges or very high or low voltage
- Installation, repair or opening of the product by anyone who is not qualified or authorised by us
- Use of the product for more than its rated capacity, or with parts or batteries it is not made for
- Normal wear and tear, dirt, insects or damage during transport after delivery
- A product whose serial number is removed, changed or cannot be read
- Loss of income, loss of use or any indirect loss
How to Claim Warranty
Please contact us by chat, WhatsApp, email (support@thenaxsun.com) or phone with your invoice and the serial number of the product, and tell us what is wrong, with photos or videos if you can. We may ask for a technician to inspect the product. Please keep the invoice safe.
11Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
This part works together with the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which these Terms do not take away.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched, by contacting us at support@thenaxsun.com or on WhatsApp with your order number. We will cancel it and refund what you paid. Once a product has been dispatched, or if it is made, ordered or installed specially for you, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or is not the product you ordered, please tell us as soon as you find out, with photos or videos of the product, the box and the label, and your invoice. After checking, we will repair it, replace it or refund you, as the case may be. Products that have been used, installed or changed by someone else cannot be returned unless they have a defect covered by the warranty. The time within which a return or a replacement must be asked for is the one stated on your invoice or quotation.
Refunds
An approved refund is sent back to the way you paid (for example, to the same bank account, card or UPI). We start it as quickly as we can, but your bank or payment provider may take some more time to show it. For any refund we may keep amounts that are rightly due, such as charges for work already done at your request.
12Coupons, Offers and Promotions
A coupon or offer can be used only as its own terms allow, such as the dates, the products and the minimum order. Unless it says so, coupons cannot be joined with other offers and have no cash value. We may change or stop an offer at any time, and we may cancel an order, or take back a discount, if a coupon or offer has been misused.
13Government Subsidy, Net Metering and Finance
We may help you with a government subsidy, a net metering application or a loan enquiry if you ask us to. You agree that:
- You will give us true and complete documents and details
- Subsidies, net metering and loans are decided by the government, the electricity company or the lender. We cannot promise that any of them will be granted, or when
- Rules, rates and schemes can change, and the benefit you get may be different from what was estimated
- We pass your details to a bank or finance partner only with your consent, and the terms of any loan are between you and the lender
- Our help is in addition to your responsibility to read and follow the rules of the scheme, unless we agree otherwise in writing
14AI Chat and AI Assistance
Our website may offer an AI chat assistant. It gives general information only and can make mistakes. It is not professional, engineering, electrical safety, legal, tax or financial advice. Prices, offers, specifications, warranty and delivery times in a chat are for guidance; the product page, your quotation and your invoice decide. You should not share sensitive information in the chat, and you can ask for a person at any time.
15Dealers, Distributors, Installers and Partners
Our authorised dealers, distributors and installers are independent businesses. Their use of the dealer portal and their dealings with us are covered by their own agreement with us. They have no right to promise a price, a warranty or a service different from ours, or to speak for us beyond what we have given them in writing. If you buy through a partner, these Terms and the warranty still apply to the product.
16Intellectual Property
The NaXsun name, logo, designs, product photographs, catalogue, text and other content on our website belong to NaXsun Green Energy LLP or to those who gave us permission to use them. You may view and download our catalogue for your own use when deciding to buy from us or to sell our products as our partner. You may not copy, change, sell or use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
If you send us a photo, review or other material and ask us to publish it, you allow us to use it for that purpose, and you confirm that it is yours to share.
17Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to, or work with, websites and services run by others, such as payment pages, banks, government and electricity company portals, WhatsApp, YouTube and maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or say. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
18Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, our website and the information on it are given “as is”. Savings, power generation, backup time and payback figures, whether from our website, our chat, a calculator or a person, are estimates. They depend on sunlight, the load you run, your electricity tariff, the condition of your site and how you use the system. We do not promise that you will get exactly those results, and we are not responsible for decisions of the electricity company or the government.
19Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, NaXsun Green Energy LLP is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income, business or data, arising from the use of our website or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim about a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability, or takes away any right, that cannot be limited or taken away by law, including your rights as a consumer, and liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
20Indemnity
You agree to compensate NaXsun Green Energy LLP and its partners and staff for any loss, claim or cost that comes from your breaking these Terms, giving false information, misusing our website or services, or breaking the law or someone else’s rights, to the extent the law allows.
21Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to do something under these Terms if it is caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, war, government orders, power or network failures, shortage of materials, or problems of transport or of our suppliers. We will tell you about it and do our best to carry out our work as soon as we can.
22Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to our website, chat or account, and may cancel an order, if you break these Terms, misuse our services, give false information or if the law requires us to. You may stop using our website at any time. Ending access does not affect any rights or duties that arose before it, including payments due and warranties already in force.
23Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using our website and services, you agree that we may use your information in that way.
24Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We hope to settle any difference by talking about it first. If that does not work, the courts at Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, without taking away your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission or any other forum that the law gives you.
25General Terms
- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force
- If we do not enforce a right at once, it does not mean we have given it up
- You may not pass your rights or duties under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent; we may pass ours as part of a business transfer, as described in our Privacy Policy
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, your quotation and your invoice, are the whole agreement between you and us about your purchase
- These Terms are written in English; if they are translated, the English version decides
26Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time, for example when our services or the law change. The latest version is always on this page. A change does not affect an order already confirmed. If you keep using our website and services after a change, you accept the new Terms. Please look at this page now and then.
